Retained fees always split, never paused: stakers get 30% at 100% coverage or less, rising to 70% at 200%; the treasury gets the rest.
Hourly sweep (launch defaults, admin-tunable): 1% of pool cash above 150% coverage (and above $250.0K), at most 1% of R, only while the payout queue is empty; split 50% / 35% / 15% stakers / treasury / growth.
Coverage = pool cash ÷ what the pool may owe winners (R).
